Happy 4th birthday, tumblelog. I’m a little early this year (the official birthday is on June 23), but my mind and body will be somewhere between Munich, Brussels, Paris and Stanford duringthe next few days, so I thought I’d rather post a few days too early than forget it.

We were particularly taken with the event’s opening sequence, directed by Garrett Johnston, a.k.a. One Year Study, in collaboration with one of our favorite tastemakers, Public School. But now what we’re looking at is not an extension of the physical self, but an extension of the mental self. And because of that, we’re able to travel faster, communicate differently.
